These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by FNAIM LLC ("FNAIM", "we", "us"). By engaging our services you agree to these Terms.
Services
FNAIM LLC provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, digital strategy, social media management, paid advertising, SEO, lead generation and website optimization. Specific deliverables for each engagement are defined in the applicable plan or written proposal.
Payment terms
Services are billed as monthly subscriptions in advance. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Cancellation policy
Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement with at least seven (7) days written notice prior to the next billing date. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.
No guaranteed results
Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions and platform changes. While we apply industry best practices and historically achieve strong outcomes, FNAIM LLC does not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic or revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FNAIM LLC's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client to FNAIM in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to required platforms, brand assets, approvals and information needed for FNAIM to perform the services. Delays caused by client unresponsiveness do not relieve payment obligations.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
